>> Batch 8597: My name is PJ Adams. I work for Sherwin-Williams Paint Company and I'm an outside sales representative. A typical day, I would contact customers, I go visit job sites, it just depends on exactly what I is would it be new construction, complaints, I'm always out looking for new business it's a big part on what we do. Nowadays, it depends you can just word of mouth or you can drive by and see a job trailer on, you know, a job site you're not sure of or you can look on Google. There's different websites that you can kind of look at. A lot of what Sherwin-Williams does is we emphasize customer service it's a huge part in who we are, so part of that customer service I'm going out and making sure the product is applied correctly. If they have any questions I might be able to recommend a better paint system than what they are using. I'm also writing specifications based on, you know, what the engineers require, so it just kind of depends on the need from the customer. Some days I deal with your customers that might be matching a paint to their bathroom wall color, other times I might be going to brand new industrial site that you have to have, you know, safety glasses, hard hat and steel toe boots, so it just depends. It's a wide range, things are always changing for me during the day. Hour, it just kind of depends they're not necessarily set hours for outside sales. I mean obviously you start your day early because paying contractors are starting their work early, so I'm fielding phone calls from let's say 7 AM to 7 PM most every day. Sometimes I'll get a phone call on the weekends if there's a special project that I have to go to on the weekends, you know, we can make that do, but typically, it's a Monday through Friday job.
