Part-Time Brand Growth & Executive Assistant

$20/hour | 20 hours/week | Monday–Friday, 10 AM–2 PM
Work Location: In person at the founder’s home office in Santee, the Mira Mesa salon, or other agreed-upon locations in San Diego.
About the Opportunity
Blonde Voyage Global is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated individual to work directly with our founder and support the growth of our salon franchise and beauty brands.
This is an excellent opportunity for a college student or emerging professional interested in marketing, entrepreneurship, social media, and business operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with multiple brands while learning what it takes to grow and support a franchise business.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Creation
Manage Instagram and TikTok content for Meagan Blonde, BlondeWear, and TRVL Haircare.
Film and edit short-form videos, create engaging posts, and maintain daily Stories.
Support Pinterest, YouTube, and product marketing.
Help manage approximately 50 daily direct messages across salon and franchise inquiries.
Capture content at salon locations when needed.
Marketing & Franchise Growth
Support franchise owners through monthly check-ins and performance updates.
Coordinate monthly email and text marketing campaigns.
Develop quarterly promotions and creative growth ideas.
Help manage franchise leads, sales funnels, and follow-ups.
Prepare monthly franchise invoices.
Research continuing education opportunities for salon locations.
Executive & Administrative Support
Answer headquarters calls and direct inquiries.
Coordinate product and hair extension orders.
Help organize the founder’s Amazon storefront.
Maintain organized digital files, photos, and email inboxes.
Assist with occasional local errands and administrative projects.
Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
Creative and comfortable using Instagram and TikTok.
Confident filming and editing short-form video.
Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Professional, friendly, and an excellent communicator.
Comfortable handling confidential business information.
Self-motivated and excited about business growth.
Flexible and willing to help with both creative and administrative projects.
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Pinterest, YouTube, or social media analytics is a plus.
