We are seeking an intern to join our team for the summer of 2024. Please note we are open to off-cycle internships if that is something that works better for your academic calendar.
This is a paid role designed to be a launchpad for a person looking to learn the ropes in operating a small and medium-sized business.
If you are interested in search funds or Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA), this role could be a good fit for you. The role will be similar to a “Chief of Staff” role assisting senior management.
You’ll learn a lot and get exposed to many different aspects of business that many junior team members may not see until much later in their careers.
The end goal will be for you to work with us in a leadership position in our existing business or potentially in a newly acquired business.
Salary is competitive and will vary depending on experience. Relocation support is not available for non-local candidates.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist the Chief Executive Officer and Director Strategy on strategic company initiatives
- Sample strategic initiatives include:
- Validating new business ideas
- Supporting development of value add software products for the core business
- Assisting with marketing initiatives
- Developing company documentation and learning materials
- Identifying M&A targets
- Support Sales team on business development activities including responding to RFPs and prospecting new clients

Knowledge, Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required)
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word

The role is based in Dubai, UAE. This could be an ideal opportunity if you are a US-based international student who does not have OPT available or if you are a student based in the region.
