How to Protect LGBTQIA+ Colleagues from Workplace Harassment

In the United States, 46% of LGBTQIA+ employees have encountered unfair treatment in their workplaces at some juncture in their careers, with 31% experiencing harassment or discrimination within the past five years. It is imperative that proactive measures are taken to mitigate instances of harassment and discrimination in the workplace and that appropriate responses are enacted when such incidents occur.
