>> My name is Alexander Swear [assumed spelling] I'm a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley. The crux of it, we help successful entrepreneurs, professionals, families manage their financial affairs. So, as far as the subject matter, it is purely regarding their financial well being, whether that's their investment portfolio or other areas that affect their financial life. On a day to day basis, you can expect to have numerous face to face meetings with current clients, phone calls with current clients. And certainly there's a large aspect of business that's also geared around marketing towards building a larger client base as well. So as an advisor you do have-- you play a role essentially as an entrepreneur. So, it is your responsibility to identify, contact and ultimately find new clients who are in need of the services that you and the firm can offer. It's really very interesting because, being an advisor, there are many different hats that you need to wear. So, in addition to staying very up-to-date on current affairs and things that go on in politics because it all has an effect on the day-to-day, you also still need to be mindful that you are running a business practice that needs to continue to grow. So, there's a tremendous amount of time that's spent focusing on cultivating new relationships, but also making sure that your existing relationships remain happy as well.
