>> My name is George Bussey I'm the Chief Medical Officer for HealthONE and Continental Division of HCA which is a large national hospital corporation. The focus of the job is on helping our hospitals and the physicians who work in our hospitals improve the quality of care that's delivered to all patients that we take care of, so that means working with them on sort of best practices within their specialty, working on business relationships and what not that we have with different groups and making sure that communications between the physicians who work in our hospitals and the administrators who throughout our hospitals are effective and open, but it's very much a relational kind of position in that it's important I know and understand what the physician's issues are and that I have the ability to communicate those kinds of issues and concerns back to the administrators who are brought into different hospitals.
