Position Overview:
We are seeking a Freelance Thumbnail Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will work directly with our Creative Media Manager to design YouTube thumbnails for our clips channel. Designers will work off of a Photoshop template provided and are expected to deliver high-quality thumbnails that capture attention and align with YMH Studios’ comedic voice.
Responsibilities:
- Create engaging YouTube thumbnails using a provided Photoshop template
- Collaborate with the Creative Media Manager for feedback and direction
- Ensure thumbnails are visually compelling, consistent, and optimized for performance
- Deliver files on time while meeting quick turnaround deadlines
Requirements:
- Highly organized
- Strong attention to detail
- Responsive and communicative (this is a big big one!!!)
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
Compensation:
- $25 per thumbnail
- Can expect to deliver 4-6 thumbnails per week
