- What you’ll do
Create content for Unrepped Short-form video, carousels, and social posts for our own channels. You’ll pitch ideas, shoot them, edit them, and watch how they perform. We want your taste, not just your execution.
Help staff creator campaigns When a brand books a campaign, someone has to find the right creators for it. That’s you, posting gigs, reviewing applications, evaluating portfolios, and matching creators to briefs.
Creator outreach and support Recruiting new creators to the platform, answering their questions, and making sure they have what they need to deliver great work. You’ll be the friendly, responsive voice creators associate with Unrepped.

Who this is for
- You’re based in Colorado or close enough to get to Denver for occasional in-person shoot days
- You make content already: for yourself, for friends, for brands, doesn’t matter
- You can shoot and edit short-form video on your own without a crew
- You actually understand the creator economy: you know what a good UGC ad looks like and can tell when something feels off
- You’re organized enough to keep track of dozens of creators and deadlines at once
- You respond to messages. Reliably. This matters more than you’d think

- Pay: $20/hour
- Hours: 20 hours/week, flexible around class schedules
- Length: One semester (~4 months), with the possibility of extending
- Location: Mostly remote. Occasional travel to Denver for content days — we’ll give you plenty of notice
