What You’ll Do
- Find our channel-market fit — This is the main thing. Product-market fit is half the battle; the other half is channel-market fit — figuring out which channels actually reach the people who want to build agents on Tadata. Run fast experiments across socials, influencers, communities, paid, and GEO/SEO. Create the materials, content, video demos, and social posts to test each one. When something clicks, we double down.
- Design virality and referral loops — We already have a crazy high referral rate. Build the mechanics that turn users into our best growth channel.
- Build authority — Establish Tadata as a leader via meetups, conferences, and thought leadership.
- Own attribution and dashboards — Know what’s working, what’s not, and why.
- Close the loop — Be the voice of the community as we shape the roadmap.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate thinks like a growth hacker and communicates like a storyteller. Former founders welcome.
- Experience — 2+ years driving growth, ideally at a product-led company.
- Comfort with early-stage dynamics — You’ve worked at a very early startup or you’ve operated with similar autonomy somewhere. You know how to focus on what moves the needle.
- High-output doer — You move quickly, try things, and figure it out.
- AI tool fluency — You don’t just use AI tools, you build with them. You naturally automate your own workflows.
- Strong communication skills — You write well and speak clearly, but most importantly you know how to build a narrative.
