About the Internship Programme – how you’ll learn and grow

Join a skills-first organisation where your potential matters more than your background. Over 10 weeks, you’ll work on real business challenges, build future-ready skills, and gain insight into how we support clients, facilitate trade and finance growth across our markets. Working alongside colleagues across our global network, you’ll develop the skills, confidence and connections to accelerate your career. For many interns, this is the first step towards a graduate role with us.

The programme will support your development through:

• A 10-week summer internship

• A structured induction and orientation

• Exposure to our products, clients and international network

• Real projects and meaningful responsibilities from day one

• Technical, professional and behavioural skills development

• Support from managers, mentors and buddies

• Opportunities to learn from senior leaders and industry experts

• Community and volunteering initiatives.

Where you could work

During the assessment process, we’ll help match you to the role that best fits your strengths and interests:

• Capital Structure & Rating Advisory

• Transition Finance & Advisory

• Islamic Banking

Bring the skills – we’ll help you build your career

We welcome students from all degree disciplines and backgrounds, recognising that diverse perspectives drive innovation.

We’re looking for people who can:

• Take ownership, show initiative and are willing to learn

• Think critically and solve problems using logic, analysis and sound judgement

• Learn quickly, stay curious and seek opportunities to grow and develop

• Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with others

• Adapt and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Are curious about how businesses, markets and economies connect and grow.

Eligibility
