Shore Legacy Insurance is seeking sales people to join our team in Boca Raton. We are looking for motivated individuals who want a flexible sales opportunity with inbound client interest, training, and strong earning potential.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for individuals who are self-motivated, comfortable speaking with people, and interested in helping clients understand insurance and benefit options.
About Shore Legacy Insurance
Shore Legacy Insurance helps individuals review and select insurance and benefit options, with a focus on supplemental health coverage, including home health care and hospital indemnity plans.
Our agents work with individuals who have already expressed interest in coverage or who are referred to us for assistance. That means you can focus on having meaningful conversations, understanding client needs, and helping people through the enrollment process.
What You’ll Do
As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will:
• Speak with individuals who contact the agency or are referred to us
• Explain available insurance and benefit options in a clear, professional way
• Help clients understand coverage that may fit their needs
• Guide interested clients through the enrollment process
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong communication
• Participate in training and apply feedback to improve performance
Many agents choose to work from our Boca Raton office, but this role offers flexibility in how and where you work.

Compensation
Compensation includes contractor pay of $20–$25 per hour for approved work hours, along with commissions on every completed enrollment. The average commission per enrollment is approximately $70, with most agents completing 10–12 enrollments per week. First-year agents typically earn between $75,000 and $100,000 annually, with top performers exceeding this range. The full compensation structure will be clearly explained prior to extending any offer. There is no required buy-in, inventory purchase, or paid lead package required to participate.
