Office Administrator / Client Services Associate

Overview

Are you a recent college graduate looking to start your career with a close-knit, family-owned company where you can grow professionally, wear many hats, and make a real impact every day?

Shamrock Financial Services is looking for a motivated, organized, and personable team player to join our growing firm full-time. This role is ideal for someone interested in finance, business, customer service, or operations who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll start in a hands-on support role working directly with advisors and clients, learning all aspects of the business. No two days are exactly the same — one moment you may be helping open new client accounts, the next coordinating an event, solving a client issue, managing calendars, or helping improve office systems and processes.

We value good energy, strong work ethic, attention to detail, organization, and people who genuinely care about treating clients with kindness and professionalism. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who wants to grow with us long term.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer phones and greet clients in a warm, friendly, and professional manner
  • Assist with opening new accounts and client paperwork
  • Help manage advisors’ calendars, scheduling, and email communication
  • Maintain accurate client records and data within our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
  • Build positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Help plan and coordinate client events, workshops, and appreciation gatherings
  • Manage event registrations, communications, and logistics
  • Jump in wherever needed to support the team and keep the office running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

  • Recent college graduate preferred
  • Interest in finance, business, customer service, or operations
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable multitasking and managing shifting priorities
  • Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
  • Team-oriented mindset with a “no task too small” attitude
  • Someone dependable, hardworking, and professional who enjoys helping others

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems
  • Interest in the financial services industry
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technology

What You’ll Get

Pay & Benefits

  • Starting salary around $50,000/year
  • Quarterly and annual performance bonuses

Schedule

  • In-office Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
