Are you a parent who has experience raising a teen who has received mental health services? Join the Kaiser Wrap team to utilize your experience to support families!
The Family Partner works as a collaborative advocate to help caregivers and family understand the mandates and perspectives of other team members as they navigate private and/or public systems. As the Family Partner, you will have the opportunity to provide coaching, and support caregivers in utilizing their voice to express needs and make informed decisions for their family. Services for families will take place in-person within the community while other work can be done remotely.
