About Us

Scaler is an action-focused sustainability platform purpose-built for the real estate industry. We empower real estate managers and investors to protect value, improve resiliency, and reduce long-term risk.

The role

At Scaler, we’re looking for a creative, forward-thinking Marketing intern who’s excited to grow their skills across visual content, copywriting, and audience engagement. You’ll help us bring the Scaler narrative to life through compelling visuals, smart content, and data-informed campaigns. Your work will span everything from scripting short-form videos to activating our brand live at conferences, your goal will be to captivate and engage our audience.

What you’ll do

  • Organize and analyze data to extract simple, actionable insights for marketing and client communications
  • Craft and execute a bold marketing strategy that drives inbound interest and amplifies Scaler’s voice across digital channels.
  • Script, shoot, and edit engaging, short-form video content and visual snippets (for LinkedIn and email campaigns) that showcase new product features, client success stories, and sustainability insights to spark upsell interest.
  • Support the planning and execution of our presence at industry conferences and events. Help coordinate logistics, design booth experiences, and maximize our visibility to re-engage key stakeholders.
  • Grow our website and LinkedIn audiences by delivering valuable, relevant content and campaigns.

What you’ll bring

  • Candidates must be undergraduate students about to begin their senior year of a four-year Bachelor’s program.
  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience (via internships, university projects, or side hustles) in growth marketing, lifecycle/email marketing, sales enablement, or marketing analytics.
  • A strong blend of creative copywriting and visual storytelling, combined with comfort using Excel to interpret data and track results.
  • A proactive self-starter that loves connecting marketing creativity to tangible business/sales goals.
