Monopoly.RIP Writers

Graduating this year? Good at writing papers? Majored in some social science? Love research? Deeply ticked off at oligarchic tech monopolies? Want to do something about them? Want to learn about civic organizing? Let’s discuss.

Rorshok is helping Monopoly.RIP, write a book about monopolies, how messed up they are, and how to get rid of them. Monopoly.RIP will use this book to organize; we hope you’ll help us write it.

Just like everybody at Monopoly.RIP, the team will be made up of unpaid volunteers working about an hour a day. So you can do this if you have another job. We are guessing it will be June, July, and the first half of August.

If interested, email info at rorshok dot com with Monopolies book in the subject line. In the text field, put fewer than fifty words on why you are interested. Attach a resume/CV or LinkedIn link.

There is no deadline; we’ll take candidates until we compose the team, so early applicants have an advantage.
