You will work in small teams, directly with a partner and one or two consultants, and receive thoughtful and personalized mentorship in a fun, down-to-earth workplace.
Interns will have exposure to research and analysis of specific project elements and aspects of project delivery. A typical week for consultants will involve interviewing industry experts, analyzing data and extracting key insights, developing a point of view on how project learnings will answer the overall strategy question, and creating materials that articulate these ideas. Interns will have the opportunity to be exposed to all of these elements during the summer.
- Available for 8 weeks during summer in our Boston office (June to August 2026)
- An expected graduation date in spring 2027
- Working towards relevant bachelor’s degree with a focus on domains requiring rigorous, data-driven thinking
- An interest in healthcare or related fields; some experience via academic coursework and/or extracurricular activities is desired, work experience is a plus
- Evidence of a desire to stretch your intellect, for example by taking on challenging coursework
- An ability to communicate complex concepts in a straightforward manner
- An ability to actively listen, engage in rigorous debate and participate in collaborative thinking
- A passion for being part of a team, and delivering fresh perspective with supporting evidence
