Job Description

Position Description

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager and above, the Marketing Officer/Assistant Store Manager will support the initiatives and tasks delegated by the Marketing Manager and help execute the company’s strategic marketing vision. This role involves assisting with marketing initiatives and supporting various marketing tasks within the company, including campaign coordination, promotional activities, content creation, and brand implementation at the store level. Additionally, the Marketing Officer/Assistant Store Manager will work in-store on a weekly basis to support operational tasks and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives at the store level.

Expectations of the Successful Candidate

  • New graduates are welcome!
  • No previous work experience is required; training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong ability in working with the Microsoft Office suite applications.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform tasks effectively under pressure.
  • High level of organizational capabilities.
  • Provide strong support to the Store Manager in ensuring smooth operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily store operations, including prepping ingredients, making beverages, and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Support the store manager with staff supervision, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and order supplies to keep the store running efficiently.
  • Content Creation and Social Media Management: Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, monitor social media platforms, keep a close eye on trends, and respond to comments.
  • Work with the marketing team to coordinate day-to-day activities that lead to the completion of projects and tasks.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing the performance and growth of our social media presence and assessing the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
  • Store visitations to ensure Marketing materials are up to date and replace Marketing materials (videos, posters, décor, and other Marketing materials).
  • Support and attend all RFBT USA in-store campaigns.

Job Type: Part-time & Full-time

Transportation: This position requires travel; candidates must have access to a reliable vehicle.
