About the Role
Maserati of the Main Line is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist customers with financing options, prepare finance documentation, explain warranty and protection plans, and ensure a smooth purchasing experience all while working remotely.
Responsibilities
Assist customers with vehicle financing and payment options.
Explain finance, warranty, and vehicle protection products.
Prepare and review finance and insurance documents accurately.
Work with lenders to process loan applications and approvals.
Ensure all paperwork complies with company and state regulations.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up as needed.
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the financing process.
Qualifications
Previous experience in automotive finance, banking, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
