Your Role at Ra Labs

As a software engineering intern or junior engineer, you’ll be a key part of our team, working on impactful projects from day one. You’ll:

  • Contribute to the development of backend systems powering our AI applications.
  • Build and deploy cloud-based solutions that address real-world challenges.
  • Ship new features and see your code make an immediate difference.
  • Collaborate with experienced engineers who will mentor you and accelerate your growth.
  • Gain exposure to the startup ecosystem, with potential opportunities to learn about pitching to top accelerators like Y Combinator and Techstars.

This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to join a startup at the ground level. As an early team member, you’ll receive equity, giving you a stake in our success and the potential for limitless upside as we scale.

What We’re Looking For

  • Are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Thrive in a remote work environment with strong self-motivation and time management skills.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with a team.
  • Tackle complex problems with creativity, persistence, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Are eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a dynamic startup setting.

While not required, the following will make you stand out:

  • Previous internship experience or relevant project work (for interns).
  • 1-2 years of professional experience or equivalent (for junior engineers).
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and practices.
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or AI/ML technologies.
  • A passion for innovation and emerging tech trends.
