We are the #1 fastest-growing private company in Columbus, Ohio (According to Inc. 5000), and are quickly becoming one of the top and youngest financial planning firms in the country. Peak has grown from one team member to over 40 team members in less than 4 years. Our home office is located in Columbus, OH. At Peak, we seek to integrate Christian values and biblical principles in everything we do – from the standards we hold for our team culture to how we serve our clients, and we encourage advisors on our team to pursue the Certified Kingdom Advisor designation.

We are looking for an A+ Player who is looking to take charge and join a motivated group. If you are not growth-minded, then this is not the job for you. We run fast, work hard, and strive to make a Kingdom impact. This role is for someone looking for a career, not only a 9-5 job.

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is essential to shaping our visual identity and supporting a range of design needs across departments including marketing, client communication, internal branding, and more. The ideal candidate is both artistic and deadline-driven, with a passion for creating clean, compelling visuals that elevate our brand.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital and print
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles
  • Ability to receive and implement feedback quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and visual consistency
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Growth-minded with a desire to contribute creatively to a fast-moving team

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design graphics for marketing materials including brochures, event flyers, and digital ads
  • Create branded content for social media, YouTube thumbnails, and email campaigns
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables
  • Assist in the layout and design of internal documents and presentations
  • Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to develop new visual campaigns
  • Update and refine existing design assets for better engagement and clarity
  • Support the team with quick-turn graphic needs and ad hoc design requests
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends and suggest ways to improve our brand visuals
