We are the #1 fastest-growing private company in Columbus, Ohio (According to Inc. 5000), and are quickly becoming one of the top and youngest financial planning firms in the country. Peak has grown from one team member to over 40 team members in less than 4 years. Our home office is located in Columbus, OH. At Peak, we seek to integrate Christian values and biblical principles in everything we do – from the standards we hold for our team culture to how we serve our clients, and we encourage advisors on our team to pursue the Certified Kingdom Advisor designation.

We are looking for an A+ Player who is looking to take charge and join a motivated group. If you are not growth-minded, then this is not the job for you. We run fast, work hard, and strive to make a Kingdom impact. This role is for someone looking for a career, not only a 9-5 job.

We are looking for an Email & Account Engagement Specialist to build and manage email campaigns through Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and support other digital marketing initiatives. We have an extreme focus on client care and experience, making sure every client is served to the highest standard of excellence. This person will help us deliver clear, on-brand communication to prospects and clients, optimize engagement, and enhance automation across our marketing systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A+ player
  • Internal drive to succeed
  • Strong follow-through on accuracy, deadlines, and performance
  • Experience or relevant experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp, Keap, or other similar platforms
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Clear, professional, and client-friendly communication style
  • Comfortable using email builders such as Canva or AI tools
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and efficient
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines

Main Responsibilities:

  • Write, design, and schedule email campaigns in Salesforce Account Engagement
  • Build and maintain engagement journeys, automation rules, and lead scoring
  • Ensure branding and messaging are consistent across all emails, templates, and layouts
  • A/B test subject lines, send times, content, and user journeys
  • Help manage newsletters, workshop follow-ups, webinar emails, and event sequences
  • Create and maintain landing pages, forms, and RSVP automations in Salesforce
  • Support content creation efforts for digital marketing and internal campaigns
  • Collaborate with advisors and operations to ensure accuracy in messaging
  • Segment recipient lists using Salesforce data and engagement history
  • Maintain clean contact data, suppression lists, and compliance standards
  • Monitor campaign success to improve future campaigns and user experience
