Email & Account Engagement Specialist Main Responsibilities🚀
- Experience or relevant experience with Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), Marketing
- Cloud, Mailchimp, Keap, or other similar platforms
- Comfortable using email builders such as Canva or AI tools
- Write, design, and schedule email campaigns in Salesforce Account Engagement
- Build and maintain engagement journeys, automation rules, and lead scoring
- Ensure branding and messaging are consistent across all emails, templates, and layouts
A/B test subject lines, send times, content, and user journeys - Help manage newsletters, workshop follow-ups, webinar emails, and event sequences
- Create and maintain landing pages, forms, and RSVP automations in Salesforce
- Support content creation efforts for digital marketing and internal campaigns
- Collaborate with advisors and operations to ensure accuracy in messaging
- Segment recipient lists using Salesforce data and engagement history
- Maintain clean contact data, suppression lists, and compliance standards
- Monitor campaign success to improve future campaigns and user experience
