Pacibaba is a patented baby product company building innovative solutions for parents and caregivers. Our flagship product is a baby bottle with a built-in pacifier retention system designed to keep pacifiers contained during feeding and transport. As we expand our brand presence, we are seeking a creative Social Media Marketing Intern to help grow our digital audience.
Responsibilities
• Create engaging social media content (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Assist with short-form video ideas and content creation
• Research trends and viral content strategies
• Help manage posting schedules and community engagement
• Assist with influencer outreach and brand awareness campaigns
Ideal Candidate
• Marketing, Communications, or Business student
• Interest in social media marketing and brand building
• Creative thinker comfortable with short-form content
• Basic understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends

This internship offers the opportunity to work directly with the founder of a patented consumer product startup and gain hands-on experience building a real brand from early-stage growth to retail expansion.

Base Pay
$15/hour — 8–12 hours per week
Incentive Bonuses:
• $50 bonus if a TikTok hits 10k views
• $100 bonus if a video hits 50k views
• $250 bonus if a video hits 100k+ views
