Our Lady of Perpetual Help (OLPH) Catholic School helps create a learning environment that supports collaboration, leadership development, and individualized instruction for students in grades 1-5. This role includes developing lesson plans, assessing student growth, and partnering with colleagues, specialists, and parents to support each child’s intellectual, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual development. The teacher also models Catholic values and upholds the mission and philosophy of OLPH Catholic School in all aspects of classroom life.

Top Qualifications:

  • Four-year degree with demonstrated classroom experience and an ability to deliver differentiated instruction tailored to student needs.
  • Commitment to Catholic education, including modeling Gospel values and upholding the mission of the school.
  • Proficiency in developing assessments, using formative and summative tools, and tracking student progress to guide instruction.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other teachers, intervention specialists, administrators, and parents to support the whole child.
