What We’re Looking For:

One on One Learning is known for the quality staff who put students’ needs first to help them reach their potential. The Executive Assistant/Office Manager will use organizational skills to provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director and other senior staff to facilitate the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities:

· Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents for senior staff

· Arrange travel and accommodations for executives

· Receive incoming communication or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff

· Maintain executive’s appointment schedule

· Prepare reports by collecting and Analyzing data

· Assist Executive with presentations and meeting agendas

· Provide support to existing Program Coordinators, as needed

Provide Executive team with documentation for business proposals

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

· Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment

· Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems

· Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new or updated software
