Administrative Intern — Personal Wealth Management Practice
Position Overview
We are seeking an Administrative Intern to support the daily administrative and client-service functions of a growing wealth management practice. This role offers meaningful exposure to how advisors prepare for meetings, communicate with clients, and manage a growing book of business. It is an ideal entry point for students interested in the client-facing side of financial planning.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for client communication, scheduling, and general inquiries
- Assist our Client Service team
- Prepare meeting materials, reports, and follow-up documentation
- Assist with client onboarding, paperwork preparation, and file maintenance
- Support marketing and communication efforts, including newsletters and outreach campaigns
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Observe internal planning sessions to understand how advisors structure recommendations and manage client relationships
