Ophthalmic Front Desk
Metro Eye Center is looking for a full-time Ophthalmology front desk staff member!
Great opportunity for pre-health students interested in learning more about the medical field and gaining experience working directly with patients. No experience necessary (but welcomed) – on the job training provided. This role will be cross training to work in the back as an ophthalmic technician.

Job Title: Ophthalmology Front Desk
Duties:
Work closely with patients and the ophthalmologist
· Take patient history and perform initial workup of patient
· Present patient assessments to the doctor
· Learn how to utilize ophthalmic diagnostic technology
· Assist with minor operating room procedures
Start Date: ASAP
Days/Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday – Friday (minimum of 24 hours per week)
Pay: Paid position
Priority review for applicants with conversational Spanish experience and/or with a gap year available.
