The Role:
We’re looking for motivated, entrepreneurial college students to join our sales team on a 100% commission-based role. You’ll be connecting with small and medium business owners, learning to communicate value in real-world situations, and earning uncapped commission based on your results.
This role is ideal for students who want hands-on sales experience, build their professional network, and gain practical business skills.
What You’ll Do:
Reach out to business owners via email, LinkedIn, and phone
Schedule introductory calls and meetings for our consulting team
Learn to identify opportunities and craft value-driven conversations
Track and report your progress
What We’re Looking For:
Highly motivated, self-starter attitude
Comfortable communicating with business owners
Goal-oriented and results-driven
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Perks:
100% commission-based, earnings vary based on performance; no guaranteed hourly wage
