Position Summary
This is not your typical front desk position.
We are looking for a motivated, technology-minded student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience in healthcare operations, project management, business systems, AI, marketing, and patient experience.
This role is designed for someone who enjoys solving problems, learning new software, improving processes, and helping organizations grow.
You will work directly with leadership and gain exposure to multiple areas of business operations while making a meaningful impact on patient care.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Project Support
- Assist leadership with operational projects and business initiatives

Patient Experience
- Greet and assist patients
- Answer calls, texts, and emails
- Schedule appointments
- Support patient communication and follow-up

Marketing & Content Creation
- Create social media content
- Assist with reels, videos, and photography
- Support community outreach initiatives
- Help manage online engagement and marketing campaigns
Administrative Support

Qualifications
Required
- Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated
- Strong interest in healthcare, technology, business, or operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Comfortable learning new software platforms
Preferred
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or AI tools

Compensation
$18.00 – $22.00 per hour
(Based on experience, education, and qualifications)
Flexible scheduling available around academic commitments.
