Ironside IT Partners is a growing IT and cybersecurity company based in Turnersville, New Jersey. We help businesses throughout South Jersey manage their technology, protect against cyber threats, and keep their operations running smoothly.

Our clients include accounting firms, construction companies, manufacturers, engineering firms, and other professional organizations that rely on technology every day. By providing IT support, cybersecurity services, and strategic guidance, we help businesses operate more efficiently and securely.

As an intern, you’ll gain firsthand experience in business development, relationship-building, sales, and professional communication while representing a trusted local technology company.

This is not a cold-calling position. Instead, you’ll visit local businesses, deliver promotional materials, introduce Ironside’s services, gather information, and help build relationships that support our continued growth in the region.

Ironside is seeking an energetic and outgoing Community Outreach Intern to help introduce our company to businesses throughout South Jersey.

This part-time summer internship provides hands-on experience in sales, networking, and business development. You’ll represent Ironside in the community by visiting local businesses, delivering promotional items, building relationships, and helping identify opportunities for our sales team.

Responsibilities

Visit local businesses throughout South Jersey

Introduce Ironside and our services to prospective clients

Deliver promotional items and marketing materials

Gather information about businesses and key contacts

Schedule introductory meetings when appropriate

Maintain accurate prospect records

Represent the company professionally

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable meeting new people and starting conversations

Self-motivated and organized

Reliable transportation required

The primary responsibility of this position is visiting local businesses throughout South Jersey. Candidates must be available for field outreach activities between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays during the internship period.

Compensation $16 hr

10–15 hours per week

Mileage reimbursement

This role is ideal for students interested in sales, entrepreneurship, or business development who want practical experience working directly with local businesses.
