Looking to make a real difference in someone’s life? As a Therapeutic Mentoring Intern, you’ll help youth build confidence, social skills, and emotional resilience through one-on-one mentoring. This is a hands-on, rewarding role perfect for those interested in social work, counseling, psychology, or related fields.

The Roles and Responsibilities includes
- Support Clients:
- Mentor clients to boost their self-esteem and social skills. Help them set and achieve personal goals. Assist in guiding them through fun, therapeutic activities.
- Collaborate & Learn:
- Work with a team to implement creative therapeutic strategies.
- Participate in the development of individualized service plans. Attend training sessions and workshops to sharpen your skills.
- Track Progress:
- Keep track of client interactions and progress.
- Contribute to reports that highlight key milestones.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all documentation.
- Communicate & Connect:
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Work together with teammates to create the best outcomes.
- Help clients connect with additional resources when needed.
