The DELPHI internship program (Developing Emerging Leaders in Public Health Innovation) combines training with applied activities, is completely remote, lasts 10 weeks, runs from September 20,2026 to November 29,2026.

To qualify for the stipend, interns must successfully complete all assignments and submit them on time. A performance evaluation will be conducted on a scale of 1 – 5, and interns must achieve a score of 3 or above to be eligible for the stipend.

Position Overview:

You will be part of cutting-edge digital health innovation work at HITLAB. As an intern, you will be assigned to projects aimed at providing end-to-end innovation to organizations in the healthcare space. You will be working independently and as part of a team. Interns are considered valuable members of the HITLAB community and are fully integrated into our collaborative and cross-disciplinary work culture. Interns are expected to participate in the weekly DELPHI training program.

Description:

DELPHI members will assist with one of our teaching, research, corporate customer work, or cutting-edge Center which include the Breakthrough Alliance, the Center for AI Testing and Evidence, and the Women’s Health Tech Initiative. It could also include several possible operational departments at the Lab, depending on your background and future goals, such as strategy, marketing, and community development. Candidates should be prepared to work across all channels, assist with patient research, desktop research, literature reviews, promotion efforts, and ideation sessions.

· Excellent follow-up skills

· Desire to learn
