Our New York-based ABA agency is expanding to Anchorage and Mat-Su, and we’re hiring passionate and reliable Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver high-quality, in-home ABA therapy services to children with autism and related developmental disabilities.

We offer a supportive and team-oriented environment, with hands-on training, ongoing supervision by experienced BCBAs, and opportunities for professional growth in a field that makes a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes under the supervision of a BCBA
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
  • Record detailed session data using electronic data collection systems
  • Assist with skill-building in areas such as communication, play, self-help, and social interaction
  • Collaborate with families and clinical staff to ensure consistent, quality care
  • Attend ongoing training and supervision sessions

What We Are Looking For

  • Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain with support, required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience working with children preferred
  • Strong communication, reliability, and time management skills
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to client homes in Anchorage and surrounding areas
  • A genuine passion for helping children grow and thrive

What We Offer

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience and certification
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Paid training and RBT certification assistance (if not yet certified)
  • Ongoing supervision and mentorship from experienced BCBAs
  • Mileage reimbursement
  • Paid Sick Time
  • Fellowship hours needed for an ABA graduate program at no cost

Be part of something meaningful from the ground up. Help us bring compassionate, evidence-based care to the Anchorage community while advancing your career in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
