Job Overview
Hawx Smart Pest Control is offering a Student Entrepreneurship Fellowship for motivated, well-connected students who want to earn quick cash on a flexible schedule while gaining real-world business experience.
This is a performance-based opportunity where you act as an on-campus recruiting partner. You’ll identify and refer students interested in Hawx’s Summer Sales program and get paid quickly as candidates move through the hiring process.

Compensation (Fast Cash + Upside)
This role is 100% performance-based with fast payouts tied to real milestones.
Get Paid Quickly:
- $200 per referred candidate who completes a final interview, receives an offer, and signs
- $500 bonus for every referred candidate who reports and starts
Tier Bonuses:
- 5 starts: additional $1,000 bonus
- 10 starts: additional $3,000 bonus
What This Can Look Like:
- 5 starts = $3,000–$4,000+ tier bonus
- 10 starts = $7,000–$8,000+ tier bonus
- Top performers earn significantly more

What You’ll Do
- Identify high-potential students interested in sales, entrepreneurship, and high-earning opportunities
- Educate prospects on Hawx’s Summer Sales program and career upside
- Refer qualified candidates into the Hawx recruiting process
- Maintain quality standards by ensuring referrals are genuinely interested and informed
- Track your referrals and performance milestones
