About Hawx Smart Pest Control

Hawx Smart Pest Control is one of the fastest-growing home services companies in the U.S., backed by experienced investors and built on a performance-driven culture.

Founded in 2013, Hawx has scaled nationally by investing heavily in technology, leadership development, and top-tier sales talent. Our Summer Sales program has helped thousands of students launch careers in sales, entrepreneurship, and business leadership, many of whom now lead teams, regions, and entire markets. This fellowship puts you inside that engine, not on the sidelines.

Our mission is simple: protect the people and places our customers love, while creating meaningful opportunities for those who want to grow, perform, and win.

Job Overview

Hawx Smart Pest Control is offering a Student Entrepreneurship Fellowship for motivated, well-connected students who want to earn quick cash on a flexible schedule while gaining real-world business experience.

This is a performance-based opportunity where you act as an on-campus recruiting partner. You’ll identify and refer students interested in Hawx’s Summer Sales program and get paid quickly as candidates move through the hiring process.

This is not a traditional job. It’s a chance to expand your influence, sharpen real-world business skills, and get paid while still going to school.

  • Tiered bonuses unlock significant upside for top performers
  • No earnings cap

Schedule Flexibility:

  • Set your own schedule
  • Work around classes, internships, athletics, or other commitments
  • Operate fully on your terms

Expand Your Social & Professional Circle:

  • Build stronger relationships across student organizations, athletics, fraternities/sororities, and social groups
  • Become a connector on campus and the go-to person for high-opportunity roles

Entrepreneurial Experience:

  • Learn how to source, qualify, and influence talent
  • Build a results-based track record you can talk about in future interviews
  • Operate in a merit-based system where outcomes matter

Resume & Career Leverage:

  • Gain direct exposure to a fast-growing, venture-backed company
  • Develop sales, recruiting, and leadership skills that translate into any career path
  • Top performers gain priority access to Hawx opportunities, references, and internal networks

Compensation (Fast Cash + Upside)

This role is 100% performance-based with fast payouts tied to real milestones.

Get Paid Quickly:

  • $200 per referred candidate who completes a final interview, receives an offer, and signs
  • $500 bonus for every referred candidate who reports and starts

Tier Bonuses:

  • 5 starts: additional $1,000 bonus
  • 10 starts: additional $3,000 bonus

What This Can Look Like:

  • 5 starts = $3,000–$4,000+ tier bonus
  • 10 starts = $7,000–$8,000+ tier bonus
  • Top performers earn significantly more
  • No hourly caps. No limits. Your effort and network determine your earnings.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify high-potential students interested in sales, entrepreneurship, and high-earning opportunities
  • Educate prospects on Hawx’s Summer Sales program and career upside
  • Refer qualified candidates into the Hawx recruiting process
  • Maintain quality standards by ensuring referrals are genuinely interested and informed
  • Track your referrals and performance milestones

Who We’re Looking For

  • Students who can start immediately
  • Highly social, well-connected individuals on campus
  • Self-starters who enjoy influencing, networking, and winning
  • Students involved in organizations, athletics, leadership groups, or strong peer networks
  • Individuals who value performance-based rewards over hourly work
