What You’ll Be Working On:
Elevent runs a suite of AI agents that handle outbound prospecting, content creation, social media, and industry intelligence. Your role is to help finish building this system, get it fully operational, and make it smarter. Specific areas of ownership include:
- Refining and expanding our outbound lead discovery agent, our outbound email campaign agent, our content and social agent, our industry intelligence agents.
- Creating additional agents to round out the agentic team
- Building and refining our GTM context system and harnesses
- Contributing to prompt engineering, agent logic, and workflow design across the system
- Assisting with GTM strategy, campaign sequencing, and messaging as the system scales
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum Requirements
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (rising junior, senior, or graduate student preferred)
- Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools, automation, or LLM-based systems — coursework, personal projects, or hands-on experimentation all count
- Strong written communication skills; you don’t have to write like a novelist, but you have to care about words
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in an async environment
- Familiarity with at least one of: CRM tools, email marketing platforms, social media strategy, or marketing operations
Technical Skills (Have Some, Learn the Rest)
- Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar) beyond casual use
- Basic familiarity with APIs, automation platforms, or no-code/low-code tools is a strong plus
- Prompt engineering experience or interest — we’ll teach our approach, but an instinct for it matters
- Bonus: Node.js, JavaScript, or scripting experience; familiarity with tools like Pipedrive, Lemlist, Slack, or Airtable
Marketing & GTM Skills
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and outbound marketing fundamentals
- Interest in go-to-market strategy, not just execution
- Ability to think about messaging and positioning, not just copy
Soft Skills That Actually Matter Here
- Attention to detail — our agents send emails to real people at real organizations; errors are visible
- Systems thinking — you should enjoy designing workflows, not just executing tasks
- Low ego, high initiative — you’ll be working directly with the founder; there’s no bureaucracy to hide behind
