If you spent your summers at camp growing up or always wished you had and you’re looking for a place where you can learn, grow, have fun, and help younger students do the same, we’d love to talk to you about our summer opportunities.
We are seeking current college students with great energy and enthusiasm who enjoy working outdoors and have experience being thoughtful, responsible leaders among their peers. Ideal candidates are kind, caring, compassionate, and sensitive to the needs of children.
Join our staff as a Group Counselor and you will:
- Learn how to manage and facilitate children in a large group setting
- Develop your voice as a leader and educator
- Express your creativity while having fun
- Make a meaningful impact on the children you care for and on our camp community

- Transportation may be provided (Additional salary for Van Supervisors)
We offer transportation for staff traveling from Manhattan, Brooklyn, Hoboken, Bergen County, and Westchester. Staff members who supervise van rides to and from camp receive additional compensation.
