About Us

DAHUA AI is building next-generation educational tools that support ESL (English as a Second Language) and multi-subject learning for K–12 students and teachers in the United States.

Our mission is to empower schools with tools that reduce teacher workload, support language development across subjects, and produce meaningful, real-world learning outcomes. We work directly with teachers, schools, and districts to co-design pilots that reflect actual classroom needs.

Position Overview

We are looking for motivated interns who are interested in education, community engagement, and real-world school collaboration.

As a Market & School Engagement Intern, you will be part of our early-stage school engagement and pilot discovery efforts. You will help us understand teacher needs, support ongoing conversations with schools, and contribute to the documentation and coordination required for early pilot initiatives across U.S. school districts.

This role is well-suited for students interested in education, EdTech, applied research, or school-facing work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support outreach to teachers, coordinators, and school staff to schedule and participate in discovery conversations
  • Assist with documenting teacher feedback, expectations, and conditions for pilot participation
  • Organize insights from conversations into structured summaries and internal reports
  • Help maintain engagement trackers, shared resources, and internal documentation
  • Participate in regular team check-ins and share learnings across intern cohorts
  • Provide input on classroom realities, educator priorities, and school workflows

What You’ll Learn

  • How U.S. K–12 schools and educators evaluate and adopt new tools
  • Professional communication with teachers, coordinators, and school staff
  • Early-stage pilot design and feedback analysis
  • Cross-functional collaboration across education, operations, and product teams
  • How EdTech companies work directly with schools and districts

Who We’re Looking For

  • Currently enrolled college student or recent graduate
  • Preferred areas of study: Education, Linguistics, TESOL, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Communication, Business, EdTech (or related fields)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable documenting conversations
  • Comfortable interacting with educators and professionals
  • Able to work independently and manage time responsibly
  • Genuine interest in education and student learning outcomes

Bonus (Not Required, But Helpful)

  • Experience tutoring, teaching, or working with K–12 schools
  • Familiarity with ESL / ELL or bilingual education contexts
  • General understanding of U.S. school structures
  • Experience using tools like Notion, Google Docs, or basic CRM / tracking systems

Commitment & Timeline

Onboarding: Late January to mid-February (rolling onboarding)

Duration: Through June (with potential extension)

Time Commitment: Approximately 10–15 hours per week

Format: Remote, with flexible scheduling
