Responsibilities:
- As an entry-level Marketing Assistant, you will support the marketing department with a variety of tasks, from content creation to campaign execution.
- Organize and process USPS mailers for marketing and general office needs as required.
- Assist with creating and scheduling content for social media platforms
- Help manage and update marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies
- Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives
- Monitor social media channels and engage with followers
- Assist in the creation of email marketing campaigns
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations, including those governing participant privacy and data security (e.g., the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act [HIPAA]).
- Completing the required organizational training.
