The Boys & Girls Clubs seeks individuals driven by a profound desire to support children in achieving success, regardless of their physical or mental challenges. Previous experience working with youth, whether through babysitting, coaching, or mentoring, is beneficial.

GOOD TO KNOW:

Our children, otherwise known as our members, range in age of PreK-12th grade. The age range you work with will depend on which of our 17 locations you are working at. Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota has Club sites that spread across Waite Park, St. Cloud, St. Joseph, Sartell, Sauk Rapids, Clearview, and Little Falls. Chances are high there’s a Club close to your location, ensuring a convenient commute to work.

This opportunity is for a part-time, non-exempt position offering a reliable schedule with a good amount of hours. While the typical schedule runs Monday through Friday, the Boys & Girls Clubs are flexible and willing to accommodate individuals who can only commit to working one or two days per week.

MISSION STATEMENT: The mission of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota is to help all the kids in our programs reach their full potential.

The starting rate for this position is $15.15/hour. There is a potential opportunity for advancement due to one’s experience above the job requirements, performance, and tenure.

BENEFITS
The Boys and Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota (BGCMN) offers all part-time employees paid emergency safe and sick time, jury duty time, and 401(k) plan with up to a 4% employer match (upon meeting required eligibility). Part-time plus employees are also eligible for health benefits.
