ARTISAN ROTATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAM (ART Program)
The Artisan Rotational Training (ART) program is a competitive rotational program for 2027 college graduates. Leveraging more than two years of broad firm exposure and industry training, ART Associates will be considered for a variety of long-term career opportunities within the sales, marketing, and operational functions of a growing, global multi asset investment platform.
Opportunity The program provides immersive training through distinct rotations across our Sales, Marketing and Operational teams. This allows ART Associates to explore their interests and strengths, paving the way for opportunities in one of the following key areas:
- Sales and Client Service
- Marketing and Communications
- Investment Technology and Portfolio Analytics
- Trade and Investment Operations
Development
Intellectual curiosity and continued learning are foundational for the ART program, and the learning opportunities are endless at a firm invested in associate development. Associates will have access to leading industry software and publications, given opportunities to network both at the firm and within the broader industry, obtain certifications and licensure, and receive personal development to propel their careers beyond the program. In addition, ART Associates will be supported by individualized mentoring and peer networking and may have the opportunity to travel to other Artisan offices.
