20–40 hrs/week | In-person | Flexible schedule

Overview

We are a Dallas-based luxury window treatments business serving high-end residential and commercial clients. Our work is referral-driven, design-centric, and relationship-based. The founder works directly with designers, manufacturers, and high-net-worth clients on complex, custom projects.

We are hiring a highly capable, entrepreneurial intern to work directly alongside the founder to help organize, scale, and grow the business. This role combines execution and strategy. The right candidate will help create structure, and will have meaningful influence over how the business evolves.

This position begins as an internship (3-month trial period), with potential to transition into a long-term, full-time role with increasing responsibility.

Who This Is For

This role is intentionally selective. It is a strong fit if you are:

  • A high-performing junior or senior in college, or a recent graduate
  • Studying or deeply interested in business, marketing, entrepreneurship, and operations
  • Exceptionally organized, proactive, and self-directed
  • Interested in social media marketing, luxury brands, and interior design
  • Looking to make an impact on the business, not just daily tasks

Responsibilities

You will work directly with the founder on both day-to-day execution and long-term improvement of the business, including:

Business Operations & Organization

  • Organization of client information, and project documentation
  • Building and improving systems using Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
  • Creating repeatable processes for workflows, vendor coordination, and client follow-up
  • Supporting scheduling, logistics, and light errand-running as needed

Marketing & Brand Presence

  • Managing and growing Instagram and Pinterest presence
  • Creating and publishing content (visuals, captions, basic strategy)
  • Coordinating content around completed projects and installations

Business Development & Strategy

  • Assisting with sales follow-ups, proposal organization, and client communications
  • Supporting relationships with designers, vendors, and partners
  • Participating in strategy discussions around growth, systems, and scalability
  • Helping translate ideas into execution

This role will evolve based on your strengths. High performers will quickly gain autonomy and responsibility, with salary growth potential.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of college completed (degree in progress or completed)
  • Strong working knowledge of Instagram and Pinterest (required)
  • Comfort using Google Workspace, and other Google applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through
  • Reliable transportation and ability to work in person in Dallas / Park Cities
  • Resume required with application

What Makes This Role Different

  • Direct, daily mentorship from the founder
  • Exposure to luxury clients, designers, and high-value projects
  • Real influence over how the business is organized and scaled
  • Opportunity to grow into a senior, long-term role as the company expands
  • Flexible schedule with meaningful responsibility

This role is designed for someone who wants to build, not just assist.

How to Apply

Submit your resume and a brief note explaining:

  • Why this role interests you
  • What makes you unusually organized, capable, or entrepreneurial

Applicants who do not follow instructions or submit generic materials will not be considered.
