Description:
Are you interested in psychology, healthcare administration, or a career in behavioral health? Join our team for a hands-on internship that introduces you to the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and gives you the chance to work alongside experienced professionals.
This unpaid internship offers valuable exposure to the clinical and administrative aspects of ABA services. Interns will assist with office operations, observe therapy sessions, and gain insight into how RBTs (Registered Behavior Technicians) and BCBAs (Board Certified Behavior Analysts) support individuals with autism, ADHD, and other developmental needs.

Able to commit to 8-10 hours per week for 3 months or a semester

Details of Responsibilities during Internship:
● Maintain client confidentiality under HIPAA compliance
● Assist Behavior Technicians and Behavior Analysts in preparing client materials
● Maintain clean, safe, and organized office and therapy environments
● Assume Behavioral Technician responsibilities on their bathroom breaks
● Maintain technical knowledge by completing required training
● Become familiar with administrative systems at the clinic
● Familiarize with health insurance companies as needed
● Answer phone calls and return voicemails
● Help with company projects and special events, e.g. Summer Camp, Field Trips
● Assist with Arts & Crafts and creative projects
● Help with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing
