Cornerstone Research Economic Consulting Info Session & Case Interview Workshop

Cornerstone Research is a leading economic and financial consulting firm specializing in the analysis of complex economic, financial, accounting, and marketing issues that arise in the context of various kinds of litigation. For example, consultants may be asked to predict the effect of a merger of two major high-tech firms on prices and innovation, to determine the effect of unfavorable drug test results on the stock price of a leading pharmaceutical company, or to value a patent on smartphone technology that might have been infringed.Consultants from Cornerstone Research will be holding a presentation on economic consulting, then walking through an interactive case interview. By participating in the presentation, attendees will gain a better understanding of the analytical approach used to solve complex economic and financial problems. Participants will have the opportunity to solve conceptual puzzles that consultants face every day and learn about common pitfalls to avoid during case interviews.Following the case overview, attendees will have the chance to meet Cornerstone consultants and follow up with any questions regarding the case discussed. Representatives will also be available to answer questions about pursuing a career in economic consulting.Cornerstone Research is recruiting for its full-time Analyst role (open to seniors graduating December 2026 – July 2027) and its Summer Analyst program (open to juniors graduating in December 2027 – July 2028).
